Interlude 44.901

Game Date: 5/16/2007

The lieutenant entered the office of the doctor.

Von Hausser sat in his chair with his eyes closed. His skin wrinkled and pale, almost transparent. His hair matched the white of his wrinkled lab coat.

"Report," sounded the strong voice of the frail looking man.

The lieutenant cleared his throat and then spoke.

"The first reports from the new agents in San Francisco have arrived," stated the young man as he sat the packet of information on the doctor's desk.

The doctor leaned forward in his chair and as he picked up the packet then motioned for the lieutenant to leave.

The first report was from the commander of the sentry team. The observer that was assigned to watch the children had been found dead. An investigation had been conducted and two possible concerns had been identified, there was a turncoat at the community center or another faction was also monitoring the community center.

The doctor leaned back in his chair and spoke aloud, "Orders, Sentry Leader Team Bravo, conduct review of all personnel at the community center."

The doctor turned his attention back to the reports.

The 'alien' now had company three additional little dragons, two bronze and one orange, were now residing on Alcatraz.

Eon now possessed the ability to return to human form. The doctor wondered if his healing abilities had also returned.

The doctor leaned back in his chair and once again spoke aloud, "Report order... second observation, protocol one... third observation, continue as per previous."

A mechanical voice answered, "As you have ordered, it has been done."

The target had gotten close to his quarry and someone had sent out a welcoming party. They were good but not good enough and they would not be returning to base.

It was a risky thing to do but he was not going to fail and let the target get caught before he had found his boyfriend.

Besides, maybe the loss of some soldiers would force the target's enemy to make a mistake and reveal themselves.

Interlude 44.903

Game Date: 5/23/2007

Narex had reviewed the satellite logs for the last six weeks and compiled his report.

The warrior had joined Karex on the island, too and from the looks of things, his battle armor had been disabled by the interdiction satellite's molecular disruptor. There were also signs that Karex was looking for a Hospitaler. If one had been on the ship and with the pilot still missing that meant at least five rogue Yricians were on the planet in addition to Karex.

He just had handed over his report to Captain Eleta, the new Hospitaler who had replaced Captain Hurg as commander of the supply ship. The problem was that he had heard that she was more a stickler for process and procedures than her predecessor which really scared Narex as Captain Hurg had been a by the book leader.

Narex was both surprised and relieved when she did not comment on his report after reading it.

The biggest surprise was after the supplies had been transferred to his ship and the supply ship disembarked. It was joined by a large patrol ship and two small patrol ships.

Narex rechecked the sensor data and then wondered why would three military ships be escorting the supply ship?

Interlude 44.904

Game Date: 5/28/2007

Dras was upset.

The ven soldiers had been scouting for the mage but she had gone into hiding. She had only been seen on the island twice in the past few weeks.

The finder was not helping either. It said that she was around but could give no location which meant she was either warded or farther away that the finder's pinpointing ability.

He did not want to send to the Prince a request for further resources but if they did not find the mage soon, his hand would be forced as the Prince's deadline was fast approaching.
