Eve makes stopping by the Alcatraz headquarters to talk with Whitney part of her daily routine. During one of their evening talks, Whitney asks if she considers him a friend. She says that she considers him a good friend. "After all, us creations got to stick together."

The next morning Whitney calls Eve. He said that he has made a decision and wants her help. When she ask what he needs her help with, Whitney tells her that he wants to move to the secret headquarters. He goes on to tell her that he will feel safer being off Alcatraz and he needs her help to convince the others to move him. Eve says she will see what she can do.

That afternoon, Eve contacts Freddie and tells him that she needs to talk with him about Whitney. He agrees to meet with her at the secret headquarters. Eve talks to Freddie about Whitney's desire to move to the warehouse headquarters. Freddie is a little surprised that Whitney had not brought up the subject of moving with him. He goes on to say that before considering a move, they would need to consult with Tesla about Whitney and any possible damage a move might case.

The next day, Eve goes to Alcatraz to talk with Whitney. Whitney complains that he had a bad day. When asked why, he tells Eve that everyone is treating him differently now. He tells her that he feels like he is being treated like a child instead of a grown-up. Eve tells him that everything is okay and that everyone will need a little time to adjust. Whitney says the worst part of the problem is working with Freddie. He seems very touchy and even upset at times. Whitney wonders if he has done anything to hurt Freddie. Eve assures him that there is not a problem but that he might try some "water cooler conversations" instead of always being business focused when dealing with Freddie. Whitney says that he will try her suggest. Eve tells Whitney that she talked with Freddie about the possibility of moving to the secret headquarters. She tells him about Freddie recommending talking with Tesla to evaluate the move because it could be dangerous. Whitney tells her that he knows the move might be dangerous but feels that he is a target sitting out in the open on Alcatraz. Whitney says that he is sure he wants to move and asks Eve to call a meeting of the Wardens to discuss it.

Eve sends pages the other Wardens via their team communicators and calls for a meeting at the warehouse headquarters. Brasidas, Frank and Marina respond to the page, Horatio and Ally do not.

Eve, Brasidas, Frank, Marina, Freddie and via a teleconference line Whitney meet at the warehouse headquarters. Eve tells everyone about Whitney's desire to move to the warehouse headquarters. The group debates the move. Will it be dangerous for Whitney? Whitney says that he does not care about the danger because he does not feel save at the Alcatraz Island headquarters. Frank and Freddie both insist that Tesla be contacted to coordinate the move. Whitney agrees to Tesla's involvement with the move. Marina asks what happens the next time that Whitney does not feel safe? Whitney says that the warehouse is secret and just the one move would be fine. Frank makes a comment about the situation feeling weird. When Whitney asks weird in what way, Frank responds, "Weird, like Brasidas suddenly sprouting wings." To which Whitney replies, "Then he would be an angel." Eve falls out of her chair laughing and Marina just shakes her head. Eve then comments that if you dressed the winged Brasidas in a diaper and gave he a bow he could be Cupid and continues rolling on the floor laughing. Marina blushes and Brasidas just looks around shaking his head.

After the meeting, Marina pulls Eve aside. She tells Eve that she thinks that Whitney is lying about only wanting to move to the warehouse headquarters. Marina says that she thinks that Whitney just wants to be with the Wardens, so when the group moves back to Alcatraz, Whitney will want to move too.

After Marina leaves, Eve calls Whitney. She tells him that she has thought about staying at the warehouse headquarters instead of moving back to Alcatraz when the headquarters there is rebuilt. Whitney is very happy with her decision.

Frank, wondering why Horatio and Ally were not at the meeting, pages them. Neither Horatio nor Ally answers the page. Frank figures that they are busy and will check in later.

Brasidas studies maps of the underwater features of San Francisco Bay, especially the features around Alcatraz Island. He tries to determine the course used by the intruder in black to gain access to the Wardens' headquarters submarine pen undetected. He also looks for possible underwater hiding places, on the theory that if the intruder is Ally's brother then he does not need to breathe underwater like Ally.

Frank and Eve discuss why Horatio and Ally are not answering their pages. He says leave them alone its not an emergency, they probably want some quiet time and will check in later. She thinks that Horatio and Ally may be in trouble and wishes to send an urgent page requesting them to respond immediately. In the end, Eve's stubbornness wins out and Frank agrees to send an urgent page to Horatio and Ally. Neither answers.

Frank sounds an investigation alert and tells the other Wardens to get ready for a check on Ally's residence. Frank gives Whitney the priority override code for release of personal information and Whitney gives him Ally's home address.

Brasidas, Shadow Tiger and Dawn head to Ally's house in the Wardens' response van using the delivery van markings while Silver Star heads there on his motorcycle.

A quick once around the block finds nothing out of the ordinary and after a short conference, the group decides to enter the house from the rear driveway. They find the rear door jam damaged as if it had been kicked in. Shadow Tiger smells something strange but cannot identify the scent. The door opens into the kitchen. Shadow Tiger enters the house covertly and finds Horatio laying unconscious on the kitchen floor. He has a wound on the back of his head and is bleeding. Shadow Tiger smells a strange odor, sort of a cross between an antiseptic and a citrus household cleaner. She calls for the others to help Horatio and goes to check out the rest of the house. Brasidas and Silver Star enter the house. Silver Star tends to Horatio while Brasidas keeps an eye out for trouble. Dawn stays outside as the rear guard. Shadow Tiger does not find Ally or anyone else in the house. She does notice a third person's scent in the upstairs portion of the house. She classifies it as male and very similar to Ally's scent. Shadow Tiger stills smells the citrus antiseptic odor when she returns to the kitchen and takes an air sample with a chemical air sniffer. Horatio is revived and tells his story. Horatio says that he was in the kitchen about to get something to drink when he saw a movement out of the corner of his eye. A darkly clad form stepped out of the shadows near the back door and hit him, knocking him to the floor. Just before losing consciousness he remembers hearing Ally scream at someone. Horatio is very distressed to find that Ally is missing.

Finding nothing else in the house, the Wardens load the wounded Horatio into the response van and head for Dr. Rebecca Miller's office to get him some medical attention.
