Christmas Day - Allyson and Horatio

She cleaned up the breakfast dishes and started the Christmas ham. Allyson was glad that she and Horatio had decided to spend Christmas at her house instead of her apartment. My house, even though her parents had been dead for a couple of years it was hard to think of this house as my house. There were too many ghosts, Allyson thought. I don't think it will ever truly be my house. After making sure that the oven was set on the right temperature, Allyson decided to join Horatio in the den.

Horatio was watching television, the Science Channel, when Allyson came into the den and sat down besides him. He reached over, grabbed her and pulled her across his lap.

"Ooooooh, this is nice," cooed Allyson.

"How about a little... Ah, actions speak louder than words." Horatio turned Allyson face towards his and they locked lips in a passionate kiss.

It was like a fire had aroused in Allyson and all her thoughts turned to mush. To Allyson it seemed like they sat like that for hours, entangled in each others arms with their lips pressed tightly together.

Horatio pulled his head back and looked into Allyson's eyes. "That was great, I think I could stay like this all day long."

"You want more?" Allyson asked not daring to look Horatio in the face.

"What do you mean... more?"

Allyson looked into Horatio's eyes and then towards the bedroom door. The time was right, she thought. Yes, the time was right.

"Do you mean what I think you mean?" asked Horatio shyly, looking first at Allyson and then towards the bedroom.

"Oh, yes! It is Christmas, I want to give myself to you."

Horatio slid Allyson off his lap and stood. Turning towards her, he reached for her hand and then headed towards the bedroom.

The two of them spent the next few days exploring their new found intimacy.
